Sunway Serene is a leasehold development that will be built over 17 acres of land. Located just off Jalan SS7/4 opposite Western Digital, Sunway Serene is going to be a serviced residence that carries a commercial land title but is governed by the HDA law. This means that residents will be charged residential utility rates which is approximately 30% lower than commercial rates.

It is a dual key unit that comes with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

Residents of Sunway Serene will enjoy a diverse range of facilities including a 24-hour care centre for children, a theatre room, a 6-lane Olympic length infinity lap pool, 210 metres lazy river, hammock garden, and observation deck on the rooftop among others.
