Hey there! Fathi here, Master of Business Administration in Finance and Strategic Management. ACCA chartered accountant.  Since 2021, I’ve been working as a part-time property advisor in both residential and commercial properties. Fathi has vast understanding of property investment with an emphasis on value investing, beginning with a sublease over last 10 years and progressing to managing and owning four unit houses in KL and Selangor. Work as a Finance Business Partner and freelance accountant and finance consultant. Manage to assist clients in planning and analysing the feasibility and worth of their property based on client preferences, whether for own use or investment.

In Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, and Kedah, I primarily specialise on residential projects, subsales, and rental. Professional advice and services will be provided to help the client choose the ideal house.
