Hi, I am Haziq Karim, your Gen-Y Real Estate Negotiator who graduated with a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering at Taylor's University.

As an engineering student before this, I believe that one of the important core values that an engineer must have is a strong sense of attention to detail. This translates to my present role as a Real Estate Negotiator at IQI Realty.

As a Real Estate Negotiator, my customers shall be my utmost priority. I understand that buying/selling a house is one of the biggest decisions in one’s life. Therefore, I shall pay particular attention to the various needs and requirements of each customer in order to find the right property for him/her.
