Yet it is unlike the outskirts of KL because it is strategically located in between 5 Major Highways.

These highways include:
- Bukit Jalil Highway
- Maju Expressway (MEX)
- Shah Alam Expressway (KESAS)
- Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2)
- Kuala Lumpur-Seremban Expressway

The Tropika is also connected through the LRT - Sri Petaling Line (nearest LRT station is Awan Besar), bringing in even more convenience in terms of travelling. While on the subject of convenience, there will be a Jaya Grocer on the ground floor of the property for your grocery shopping needs. However, if you prefer to shop at larger establishments, the following places are less than 10km drive away:

- Giant Hypermarket
- The Mines Shopping Mall

If you're concerned about your children or future children's education, worry not as there are many education institutions nearby for all levels.

And as you might have guessed, the nearest place you can receive healthcare would be the IMU Healthcare. But as mentioned, the connectivity enables you to head to your favourite healthcare provider easily.
